The hull is constructed from 2.5 mm powder‑coated marine‑grade aluminum, providing strength without added bulk. The tubes are made of high‑quality Valmex PVC (1100 Decitex) or Orca Hypalon material, cut and assembled to exacting standards for durability and safety.
