The RS Quest is a versatile family and trainer dinghy that blends performance with practicality. Designed to accommodate an instructor plus two or three students, it’s ideal for parents sailing alongside their children while remaining lightweight enough to maneuver on shore and in the water.
Inspired by the UK Sea Cadets’ need for modern vessels, the RS Quest quickly became a global best‑seller among training dinghies. Its robust rotomoulded polyethylene hull offers exceptional durability, generous space, and excellent stability—features that support reefing, spinnaker use, ample storage, and numerous optional accessories.
While many boats struggle to balance all these elements, our development team perfected the RS Quest’s design for seamless performance on every course.
